Should I wear sunscreen everyday?

Wear Sunscreen

Use a product specially formulated for your face area with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of 15 or greater on a daily basis. This will help protect your skin from everyday, incidental sun exposure as well as give you necessary summer-time protection. Apply your sun protection product to your entire face, in an upward and outward motion. The regular and liberal use of broad-spectrum sunscreen which shields the skin from both UVA and UVB rays, is the key to healthy skin. In fact, it is the cornerstone of every sound skin care regimen. While it is true that the burning UVA rays are strongest during mid-day, the UVB rays that cause the more insidious long-term breakdown of the skin are present in full force from sunrise to sunset, 365 days a year. It is, therefore, important to use sunscreen products during the entire year.

This information is wrong!!!!! UVB rays are the burning rays that are stongest from 10:00am to 4:00pm. UVA rays, which are responsible for aging, are present all of the time because they are NOT blocked by the ozone layer. In cities with a thinning ozone layer (ie: Los Angeles) they are now discoving UVC rays. No one is 100% sure what they do yet....
